Latest NEI not compatible with latest versions of CCC

Since the refactors made to CCC / CCL etc, the latest NEI version available on http://chickenbones.net/Pages/links.html does not work.

The changes since this commit: 4ff5b84 have not been added to the download page. Only version 2.1.2.164 is the available latest.

This may be intentional, in which case just feel free to tell me to mind my own business. :p
