Currently, the Scanner recipe to get a data stick shows up when you press 'R' to find the recipe for any assembly line components. It would make more sense to see the assembly line recipe first once you've already obtained the data stick. Additionally, it would be useful to change the order of tabs for other machines, as some machines are far more common and useful than others.

It would be nice and a handy feature to change the order of tabs, or "star" certain tabs to set a default tab when available for a recipe.

I believe @D-Cysteine 's changes address this.
