Recipe (R) and Usage (U) react slower the longer the game is open and some time later stop working at all or only react after pressing the button dozens of times. Other keybinds, like O or A, keep working. Whenever I restart the game, they work again, and become slower the longer I play until they stop working.
The mod is used in a modified version of SetGameDifficulty Reika. It only became an issue recently after having already played the world for over 80 hours.

On hold for now. It did not use the newest version of the NEI fork. Will see tomorrow if it reproduces with the newest version.
