[BUG]The NotEnoughCharacters can't work well as before with recent NEI version

I don't know what happend but the https://github.com/GTNewHorizons/NotEnoughCharacters looks totally not work with the latest version NEI
It seems that the last mached available version was 2.6.5(even not 2.6.7),help!!!
yes, author of NotEnoughCharacters don't update it yet. This PR (#485) broken it
please use NeverEnoughCharacters ,NotEnoughCharacters had died
