Started on version 2.6.25 and is still occurring for version 2.6.27. Works fine for v2.6.24 and lower.

AppleCore is listed as the crash reason.

Based on discussions I had in the discord, this might've been a mixin issue? The only place this could've led to a weird error was any commit btwn august 11th and august 17th (the dates btwn v24 and v25), and the only one I could find is GTNewHorizons/Applied-Energistics-2-Unofficial#549 and maybe one of the creative tab delete changes?

Dependency Issue - one of GTNH Lib (0.4.0 -> 0.4.8) or Hodgepodge (45-pre -> 49) was the problem here.
