Add a way for new version to be told where there is a new update with a config option.

we could do that but i was thinking of disabling the version checker for modpacks

Perhaps instead of a notification, a button in the controls menu that only shows when a new version is available? Also, config option for looking for dev builds in addition to or instead of curse forge build?
