Would it be possible or feasible to have the recipes cleared but an option to save a recipe back into the book for use as normal?

For example I want to make stacks of torches. It is faster using the recipe book then JEI to do it so I prefer using the recipe book instead. Less lag for people unless they choose to store a lot of recipes in it again.
