sometimes Global notes turn into Local when saving

sometime after editing global note, even when global is automatically set to on, after saving notes become local
What version of the mod are you using?
oh happy to hear you back, I'm using Notes-1.16.5-1.2.3.jar, also want to say that when scrolling down it only goes up, I saw in your commits that you have already fixed that, so if you could build and release that fixed version it would be awesome
