Render distance bug in Fogger mod.

Describe the bug
The mod seems to be incompatible with the Fogger mod in 2 different ways. The second one is: Nothirium ignores set render distance in the video options menu when the Fogger is installed. Nothirium will scale the number depending on the option in the Fogger which is called "DefaultWhereTheFogEnds". For example if I will set it to 24 blocks, then Nothirium would render only 3 chunks in the game, even if my render distance is set much higher. Although entities are still interacting with the world in the invisible chunks.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior of the second issue:
- Install Optifine, Fogger and Nothorium together.
- Configure Fogger with my specific method:

- Turn off fog in video settings for more visibility.
- Change render distance in video settings to higher number.
- Generate a world and take a look around.
- See the issue.

Nothirium works as intended. Chunks which are so far away that they are fully occluded by fog shouldn't be rendered.
This is also looking a lot better without Optifine.
You should report this to the fogger mod. The sky rendering should also be adjusted when the fog is changed.
I tried using it without the Fogger (only Optifine and Nothirium installed) and the fog option did not change how Nothirium renders the chunks, oddly enough. So if I turn the fog entirely off, Nothirium would still render chunks dependant on how much is set in render distance option.
