ME Network Monitor breaks as soon as I place it

The ME network monitor this mod adds will not let me place it. It breaks and gives me back the block as soon as I place it. Any help?

Unable to reproduce. How are you setting everything up? Can you provide a photo or two?

Remove the security from the network.
