[1.7.10] compatibility request: relative coordinates

I use Nuclear control 2 and Warpdrive mod.
Warpdrive add "warp ships", freely buildable with blocks and machines that can teleport around the world.
Nuclear controls save the coordinates inside the card, but of course, if the target block teleports, it fails.
Warpdrive is very industry-friendly, no problem with teleporting your blocks (if i return on the exact coordinates, it resume to works).
It is possible to have a config or an option to build "relative" cards? that checks the distance from the information panel? Just for when the information panel and the blocks moves togeter.
