Instead of the ProperVersions file, create a gradle.properties and use that to build and compile.

So I got some basic stuff, but the only things fully automated are the Nuclear Control's version number and forge version. I was having some trouble with the other stuff (but I think I know how to fix it, TODO: at a later date)

I looked around for examples and couldn't find anything, did you mean build.properties or settings.gradle?
