@FamiliarBreakfast Seems to be caused by CubicGenCoreMod and CubicChunksCoreMod.
Can you test to see if the problem persists without these mods installed?

Also try updating the mentioned mods to the newest release. Might be a bug introduced on their end, and later fixed.
