When the Radioactive Reprocessor is creating plutonium tetroxide, the server we are running instantly crashes, with an entity ticking error. Mod version is 1.20.1-0.6.1-1 on 1.20.1. I have uploaded the crash report:

ETA: It appears to happen when we run the machine at all. It can be powered and everything hooked up properly and be fine, but as soon as the machine starts "running" with a compatible recipe, it instantly throws the entity ticking error.

I cannot replicate this. Are you running any overhaul mods?
