1.12.2 - 2.5a - Machines don't output to ducts very well

I'm having an issue on my server with all the NuclearCraft machines. This might be SMP related, I'm not sure. Since the GUIs are kinda broken with 2.5a in SMP, I've been forced to use hoppers + impulse ducts (from Thermal Dynamics) to automate putting things into / out of the machines.
The issue is that the Thermal Dynamics ducts don't recognize when there's stuff to pull out of the machine. I "fixed" this by putting an extra utilities 2 "clock" near the machine to force a block update. Then it pulls everything out of the machines correctly.
No other mod seems to have this issue with the ducts.
Just going to copy what I said on another similar issue - I'm not entirely sure this is an NC issue. My good friend who makes the Calculator mod says that he is having the same issues that I am having with the Thermal Dynamics conduits. I will do some tinkering but I'm not entirely sure what is wrong - I don't see why NC machines not playing nice with a particular type of conduit is indicative of an NC-side issue.
Ok, thanks to Thutmose, this issue has now been fixed for the next version - hopefully will come out tonight :)
Sorry, my original text pertained more to issue #127. I have noticed this issue with fluiducts and the electrolyzer, though. Adding a servo works, but not when filtering via whitelist. I tried to only pump oxygen from the electrolyzer, but could not get that to work. I had to pump everything into a tank first and split from there.
Was: Universal Cables (from Mekanism) do not seem to have this problem. I did not check further, but it might also be a problem on Thermal Expansion's end.
