I know that NuclearCraft is still undergoing heavy development, but are there plans to release a API JAR or provide a Maven source for the mod?

Hey there!

There aren't right now I'm afraid - mainly because I have absolutely no idea how it works. There's also the problem of the mod's structure being quite a jumble, with no particular API 'section'... but who knows, maybe in the future I will do it :)
