The current Tin Cooler description is:
Must be at least between two active Lapis Coolers along the same axis.

I propose changing that to
Must be adjacent to at least two active Lapis Coolers on a common axis.

I was testing whether or not if multiple Tin Coolers could be placed in between Lapis Coolers, which the first wording implies. When I was testing, I found out that this was not the case, and the rewording would help new players to the mod know how to properly use Tin Coolers.
