If the client has radiation disabled, but server has it enabled, then the player will get irradiated (if holding radioactive items/in radioactive chunks), will be able to see radiation values using a geiger counter, and can cure themselves with Rad-X/Radaway, BUT the radiation values do not show up client-side in JEI (which item produces how much). We'd like to enable the radiation on a public pack we run on a semi-public server (Enegmatica 2: Expert), but it would be confusing for players not knowing which items cause radiation.
