This looks to be caued by The Not Enough RTGs addon pointing to a creative tab that doesn't exist anymore - I'll let the dev know about it ;)

In general I would recommend not to expect old addons to work with the overhaul yet - it's still in alpha and the devs of those mods may not be ready to update.
