The changelog for the latest pre-overhaul mentions that support for Common Capabilities was removed. How was Common Capabilities used in NC prior to the removal of support for it?

(i.e. which capabilities were applied to NC's blocks/items?)

I glanced at the changed files and see that it was mainly the heat/temperature and worker capabilities for the fusion reactor. I never used those capabilities (and probably won't in the future). Consider this issue closed.
