Changing the depletion_multiplier from 1 to 100 on the fission.toml file it doesn't seen to work, after look on the FissionConfig.java
the DEPLETION_MULTIPLIER appears to not be used anywhere else unlike the HEAT_MULTIPLIER and FUEL_HEAT_MULTIPLIER they are both used on the ItemFuel.java
