Increase boron spawn rates

So I have a modpack with NuclearCraft in it. And I have found rare ores and cobalt from nuclear craft, but I still have not found a single piece of boron. I dont think boron is meant to be rare(unless its meant to be) so could you please increase the spawn rates a bit?
