[BUG] Crash on connecting oc2r cable to machine

- Provide mod and mc versions
- Attach screenshot/video/log (as much information as possible)

fix... remove the "r" in the oc2r package... this was a bug on our end that we fixed, and caused your copy to crash... this mod of yours will crash of the two versions provided in here...
