Server crashing when not finding neoteric damage type

The server crashes upon getting full radiation in the nether, getting all effects. Then, when it can't find the damage from radiation, it just crashes. This also happened when going into the acid buckets. When placed down, they would crash the player
I was in the nether wastes mining netherite for mekanism suit and I stayed there for quite a while and got the radiation effects
