Mod Version - 1.2.5-rc1, Minecraft 1.20.1

Crash 1 - Placing a Turbine Controller under ambigious conditions causes a server-side crash.

I'm honestly unsure how this one even occured, I was able to get it to occur twice (first by accident, while building a turbine for testing, and then once deliberately by placing a controller randomly shortly after reloading.

The first crash occured while I was building the "default" turbine design using the Patchouli blueprint feature, upon placing the controller my game crashed, and the log produced is here: Log of the accidental crash.
The turbine controller was where I attempted to place it upon reloading the world.

Upon reloading the world, I quickly moved to place another Turbine Controller to try and replicate the crash, which did happen, that log can be found here: Log of the deliberate crash.
This turbine also stayed in place upon reloading.

After this, I proceeded to build a turbine & discover a second crash, but I was also not able to replicate the crash again, even after soft-resetting my instance by deleting everything besides the mod folder.

My assumption is that it's caused by placing a Turbine Controller specifically while an "incomplete" turbine exists, but before a turbine has ever actually been completed on that instance, as the crash did not occur before this point (placing a lone controller) or after completing the turbine, even on different worlds.

Crash 2 - Attempting to place nuclear fuel into a turbine port causes the client to crash.

Self-explanatory, log is here: TurbineFuelLog

Fuel stays in inventory after reloading.
