1. Provide mod and mc versions

Built a complete turbine, which the turbine controller correctly identified as a 5x5x5 turbine. Removing the turbine port caused a crash.
This was also observed in 1.2.6-beta.10.

Removing the turbine controller first caused no crashes; afterwards it seemed safe to remove the port.
The crash seems to only occur when the port is removed before the controller.
