Residual radiation after picking up dropped items

- Attach screenshot/video/log (as much information as possible)
when throwing a radioactive item on the ground and picking them back up their is residual radiation presumably permanently contaminating the area. i have had it go up to 10.xx rads/s but in the clip provided it caps at 5 rads/s.
