Unable to shift click for custom recipe.

Using the following recipe:

        "ingredients" : [
            [ { "unlocalizedName" : "StorageMetals.Ender" } ]
        ],
        "result" : {
            "unlocalizedName" : "item.enderPearl",
            "quantity" : 4
        }

    }
]

When shift clicking the result, it doesn't craft. There isn't any log or anything.
Tested using numina 0.1.1-53 for 1.6.x

StorageMetals.Ender is Block of Solid Ender from Tinkers Construct.

Also when shift clicking in mechanist's workbench from ThermalEx2, it dupes enderpearls.

Are you sure the recipes in question are on the server?

Does it show up in NEI?

Does it work if you left click it?

Left click, yes it does - but not reliably. And if used with a mechanist table from Thermal Expansion... it can dupe the result infinitely. And it does show up in NEI.
