When some item with special nbt labels bought by someone from the shop block, their special nbt label could be reset, for example the gems in the simplyswords mod can be reset to change the ability(when player first time received one gem it become one certain ability ones. Also something like a bonding mod which bonds certain item to the owner of the item, when using the shop block the bond can be romoved and bond to the buyer
