Crash when leveling up Fletcher to master (SellPotionContainerItemAdapter crash?)

I'm using Fabric Loader 0.16.14 on Minecraft 1.21.1 with Numismatic Overhaul 0.3.1 (the same issue also happened in 0.3.0).
The game crashes when I trade with a Fletcher and they level up to master. Based on the crash report, it seems related to SellPotionContainerItemAdapter.
