Vendors interact twice with item in offhand

Description

I believe this is a duplicate of #104, but the issue still persists in version 1.0.6+forge-mc1.20.1 forge 37.3.10
When holding an item in your offhand, vendors will buy/sell twice. If you only have the currency for one purchase, only one will be bought, but the Insufficient Funds popup will appear.
