Suggestion: Config to change held key for breaking, Server Op's ability to see in vendors, redefine coin values/names, etc

Would love to be able to change the coins' numeric relationships in a config.
Would also love to set it such that server ops can't see into vendors unless in creative mode.
Config would be nice!

That's a bummer, frankly. I thought the point was to put the power in my hands.
The ability to change the coin values is not planned.
1.1.0 has a big list of changes including an admin toggle and a starter currency config.
