Currently in Numismatics, emojis such as :crown: or :sun: will convert to a emoji. However this can cause issues when paired with already existing emoji mods. So it'd be nice if there was an ability to do so.

Alternatively, people have suggested renaming the emojis so things such as :numicrown: or :coin_crown:
