Hello! The possibility to allow all players access to observable without it being drastically OP has plagued my mind for a bit. I realized that if the observable overlay only showed up on (block) entities that were contained within a Claim that the player was a part of, this could allow people on public servers to mitigate server lag themselves without it being used to spy or get around other people's bases.

Plus, config to choose what options to allow players access to. Such as only allowing them the overlay and not the sampler.
