Network connectors can be used in connecting multiple computers across the world (in my own case it's the wiring that goes in parallel with those brand new Create railroads).

Edit: it is possible to put them onto a network hub but a single network connector appears to be able to handle multiple wire connections

I want to have network connectors allowed to be placed on fences and stone-ish walls

Putting these on full blocks, but that kind of looks ugly
