I want to Build the Mod, Verison 1.16

I want to Bild the 1.16 Version of This mod, but was not able to (apparently missing libraries according to reddit ?)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just try to Build the 1.16 Version

Log files

Could not resolve all files for configuration ':runtimeClasspathCopy'.
Could not find net.minecraftforge:forge:1.16.5-36.1.32_mapped_official_1.16.5.
  Searched in the following locations:
    - file:/C:/Users/USERNAME/.gradle/caches/forge_gradle/bundeled_repo/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.16.5-36.1.32_mapped_official_1.16.5/forge-1.16.5-36.1.32_mapped_official_1.16.5.pom
    - file:/C:/Users/USERNAME/.gradle/caches/forge_gradle/bundeled_repo/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.16.5-36.1.32_mapped_official_1.16.5/forge-1.16.5-36.1.32_mapped_official_1.16.5.jar
  Required by:
      project :

Possible solution:
Declare repository providing the artifact, see the documentation at https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/declaring_repositories.html

Nope unfortunately the packages are only available for the 1.18 version. The notes for building are also not in the README for the 1.16 branch. The GitHub packages aren’t even mentioned in the 1.16 build.gradle
