The way it is now, the spirit campfire is just a decoration block that does not even cook food.
I feel that it would be nice to add some tags to allow for some extra utility to the block.

I feel that adding the minecraft: campfire block tag can add to the underlying compatibility.
Also, maybe the minecraft:piglin_repellents would be nice as the spirit fire and soul fire resemble one another.
Or maybe add a function that the spirit fire/campfire/lantern can repel living creatures?
