Items should not be able to be transfered into the Golden Sacrificial Bowl

Describe the bug
Hoppers and item transport components, such as Create's funnels and chutes can currently place any item into the golden sacrificial bowl. This bypasses the check that only bound books are allowed to be placed into the golden sacrificial bowl, and if the book is valid the ritual also doesn't start.

To Reproduce

  1. Place a golden sacrificial bowl
  2. Place a hopper pointing into it
  3. Place item in the hopper

Expected behavior
The hopper should not be able to insert items into the golden sacrificial bowl, or only valid bound books should be able to be inserted.
