Storage actuator typing in jei leads to duplicate characters

this happens if the search bar was focused and then jei search bar is clicked

Waiting for feedback from JEI creator on how to detect if the JEI search bar gets focus, because there is no way to detect the JEI search bar was clicked as it consumes the click event (as it should).

Otherwise we can use the forge event system ...
