storage accessor reading x/0 when in separate dimension

Describe the bug
when accessing your dimensional storage through an accessor in a different dimension it reads 0 max slots

To Reproduce
build storage system in overworld, go to nether and access
Expected behavior
it should show the correct number of max slots
