Storage Stabilizers not working

Describe the bug
After updating to newest version (1.02) of All the Mods 9 modpack, Storage Stabilizers are increasing inventory space according to the gui, but unable to actually add inventory beyond 128.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Place Storage actuator with stabilizers
- GUI shows available inventory to be 12416
- Attempt to add items to inventory
- Unable to add past 128/12416
Forgot to mention, they work in singleplayer worlds just fine - but not on multiplayer servers.
Hmm that is odd considering how long that version has been out. Will investigate, thank you!
Hmm this does not reproduce for me in a client+server test scenario.
Can you try with just occultism + dependencies?
Maybe some other mod somehow affects networking ...
I am not the server admin. I did test in singleplayer with the same modpack and was not able to replicate the issue, but my admin said he did some testing and was able to replicate the problem. He told me that he posted in your discord.
Everything was working fine up through ATM9 1.0, then sometime between 1.0 and 1.02 it just stopped functioning.
