[1.20.1] Backport EMI sync search bar integration from 1.21

Describe the bug
In 1.20.1, when EMI is installed, dimensional storage does not have a visible sync button and it can't be clicked. Manually setting sync to true in config has no effect. I found Enigmatica 10 issue that had similar issues in 1.21, except sync button just didn't work there. It was fixed with this commit. Installing JEI made no difference.
Would it be possible to backport it to 1.20.1?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place dimensional storage
  2. Right click to open it
  3. See there is no visible sync search bar button

Expected behavior
There is a visible, working sync search bar button in dimensional storage with EMI installed.
