Obsidian smelting receipt cause problems

Describe the bug
Higher level crusher spirits or some other mods could dust obsidian into more than one powder, smelting each powder could get one obsidian, which is not expected.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Any mod crusher or crusher spirit to crush obsidian into more dust.
  2. Smelt it with furnace

Expected behavior
Remove this receipt.

  • OS: Windows
  • Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
  • Mods: Eidolon, Create, Quark, JEI and their dependencies.
