Curios API is missing from dependencies in mods.toml

Describe the bug
Curios API is not present as a dependency in mods.toml file. Not having one installed crashes the game.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Occultism and Patchouli. Don't install Curios
  2. Start the game.
  3. Crash

Expected behavior
A Forge's screen that says there's a dependency missing

System (please complete the following information):

  • Occultism Version: 1.8.0
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
