Describe the bug
Crafting a Tier 3 Dimensional Stabilizer.

If I save and quit while the ritual is in progress, the ritual fails. I return to the game with the Book of Binding: Afrit missing, along with any materials already consumed also missing. The ritual is no longer running.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up Sevira's Permanent Confinement
2. Set up Tier 3 Dimensional Storage Stabilizer
3. Save and Quit
4. Start the world again
5. Ritual has stopped

Expected behavior
The ritual to pick back up from wherever it was.
