The mod Genetic Animals replaces vanilla mobs, even those spawned in Creative. Their replacements aren't valid for sacrifice rituals, making it impossible to complete those rituals at all.

The rituals use tags to recognize animals.
Simply add the animals to the fitting forge: tag (e.g. forge:cows, forge:pigs) in your modpack and the rituals will work
