[1.16-1.18] Tag filter text box in janitor and transporter gui is kinda janky

As seen in the gif below, you cant always clear/edit the tag filter text box. sometimes when you exit the gui, you go back in and find it has reverted to the state before you edited. This is seen more often when completely clearing the text box, but can happen when just edited as well.
