Describe the bug
Unstable otherworld leaves do not drop saplings. Tested by breaking about 4 groves worth of leaves in survival mode with bare hand and with hoe with third eye and 0 saplings
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Find a grove or grow an unstable tree/multiple trees
  2. break the leaves while under third eye effect
  3. observe no saplings

Expected behavior
Should definitely get saplings sometimes xD
