What happened?

With Oculus installed, the tools and armor from Draconic Evolution will not be visible inside of any GUI's (e.g. Inventory, JEI or Hotbar).

This could possibly be related to #137

Tested this again with the newest versions of Rubidium (0.2.13) and Oculus (1.4.6), and the bug is still there when using shaders at least once.
