Textures missing when enabling shaders with mahou tsukai

What happened?

When enabling shaders of any kind the weapons and the blood circles from mahou tsukai as well as the screens from computercraft disappear and become invisible

It does appear that the renders are still running -- If I look at a compact-machines block the red circles render (and are animated):
